Continental Medical College was established in October 2006 in the premises of Ali Memorial Trust Hospital, Lahore. The College is now ready to take 4th session of MBBS class.
Continental Medical College is recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) vide letter No. PF.12-F-2008 (Continental) /97442, and is affiliated with University of Health Sciences vide letter No. UHS/REG-08/1284, and approved by Ministry of Health Government of Pakistan vide letter No. F.3-10/2007-MER.
Eligibility
- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical with Chemistry, Biology, English and Physics/ Maths / any other science subject with minimum of 715/1100 (65%) marks.
- Qualification equivalent F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) i.e. A Level and American High School Diploma (Equivalence Certificate of Inter Board of Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) along with a complete official transcript of results.
- Should have passed entry test conducted by University of Health Sciences, Lahore held on July 20, 2010 for candidates of the Punjab and other provinces (Local Candidates).
- Foreign students and overseas Pakistanis are exempt if they have F.Sc. equivalent qualification with SAT-II score of more than 550
Prospectus and Application
- Prospectus and Application Form will be available from August 29, 2010.
- Prospectus can be obtained from the accounts officer on payment of Rs.1,500 and can be sent by courier service on payment of Rs.2,000 (against pay order/Bank draft in the name of “Al-Fareed Associates Lahore, Pakistan.”
- Foreign students can get the prospectus for US$100.
Admission Schedule
- Last date of application: September 11th, 2010
- Calls for the interviews from: September 20, 2010 onward
- Session starts: 1st week of November 2010
