Kinnaird College for Women: Admissions to FA, FSc for 2011

Kinnaird College for Women, Lahore, has admissions open for 2011 to F.Sc. (Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical) and F.A. (Humanities, General Science, ICS (Physics), ICS (Statistics), I.Com.) in morning and afternoon shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants with Matriculation:

• 85% marks in Matriculation for admission to F.Sc. (Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering).
• 75% marks in Matriculation for admission to I.C.S. (Physics), I.C.S. (Statistics), I.Com., General Science and F.A. Humanities.
• Applicants with Matriculation in Science can apply to both F.Sc. and F.A., whereas applicants with Matriculation in arts can only apply to F.A.

Applicants with O Levels / Equivalent Examinations:

• Applicants whose send up results indicate that they are likely to obtain 6 As or more in O Levels can apply for admission to F.Sc. while those with 3 As or more can apply for admission to F.A. Applicants who have done O Levels will apply at the same time according to admission deadlines with provisional certificate from their school.
• Copy of the mark sheet must be submitted to the college as soon as the result is declared.
• Applicants with O Levels / equivalent examination must clear minimum of eight subjects including Urdu, English, Pakistan Studies, Mathematics and Islamiat / Scripture / Ethics.
