Rehman Medical Institute has announced the opening of admissions in 1st year MBBS class of Rehman Medical College, Peshawar. The College is recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and is affiliated with Khyber Medical University, Peshawar.
Housed in a modern purpose built building with state-of-the-art facilities, the Rehman Medical College (RMC) will be using the well established Rehman Medical Institute Hospital as the teaching hospital of the college which is already recognized by College of Physicians and Surgeons of Pakistan (CPSP) for imparting postgraduate training in 12 disciplines and by the PMDC for imparting House Job training to fresh medical graduates.
Eligibility
- 60% marks in F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent qualification (unadjusted marks).
- Applicants should have appeared in the ETEA of KP province or equivalent test of any Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university of Pakistan.
RMC Aptitude Test / Interview
All short-listed applicants will be subject to an aptitude test / interview to be held in the college premises. Successful candidates will have to pass the Rehman Medical College medical fitness test before final selection. Decision of the Admission Selection Committee shall be final.
Prospectus and Application Form
Prospectus is available at the Admissions Office, Rehman Medical College on payment of Rs.2,000 within Pakistan or US$50 for expatriates and foreigners. Prospectus can be sent to the candidate by courier on additional payment of Rs.200 as draft drawn on NIB Bank, Hayatabad, Peshawar, account number 0146-9516026.
The prospectus can also be obtained from the following branches of NIB Bank:

- Mingora Branch
- Kohat Cantt. Branch
Application Form downloaded from the Rehman Medical College website can be used, but in such a case, evidence of payment must be provided in form of demand draft or NIB bank receipt.
Completed application form can be sent by post or submitted at Admission Office, Rehman Medical College from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.

sir, i got 199 marks in etea test held on 24th july 2011.the reason for this marks is that within test i suffer from vomiting. with this i have scored 859 marks=78%. and in matric i got 726 marks=80.6% physically i am fit but one of my eye has problem .i.e my Allah can not give me chance to see with two eyes.by the way my left eye is 6/6, the above r my qualification.now my question is that i am eligible or not for RMC test.
