Prospectus along with admission form is available at the following campuses / offices by depositing Rs.1,000 for Bachelor / Master. The candidate can apply at least for three subjects. For M.Phil. / Ph.D. by depositing Rs.1,500.

Application Forms can be downloaded from Hazara University website for which the required fee should be deposited in Allied Bank Limited, Hazara University online branch account number 0445-01-16700010 or paid through bank draft in the name of Treasurer Hazara University.
Eligibility
- At least second division for annual system or its equivalent grade based on minimum 50% marks for other than annual system for BS and Master programs.
- For Ph.D., minimum 3 CGPA on 4 scale semester system, GAT Subject / GRE.
- For M.Phil., NTS (G), those whose NTS are not clear can apply with the condition to submit undertaking.
- In-service candidates shall apply through proper channel.
- Maximum age limit: Bachelor program: 25 years, Master program: 30 years
Notes:
- Hazara University may offer financial incentives to really deserving and talented students.
- Student who are awaiting their results can apply on surety basis.
- 2% quota is for sports seats.
